Cameron Smith and Benji Marshall's milestones will rightly dominate the headlines this week but North Queensland Cowboys coach Paul Green hopes Gavin Cooper's accomplishment isn't lost in the fanfare.
Melbourne Storm legend Smith will become the first NRL player to reach 400 matches when he takes on the Cronulla Sharks on Saturday night.
And Wests Tigers favourite Benji Marshall is set to record his 300th game the following day versus the Parramatta Eels in what will no doubt be an emotional affair.

Cooper, too, will mark his triple-century on Sunday in a clash with the Sydney Roosters, poised to become just the 37th player to achieve the feat before Marshall joins him in the exclusive club hours later.
While Smith and Marshall will receive endless praise as revered champions of the sport, the lower-profile Cooper has been somewhat forgotten.
But that's not to say he hasn't achieved much more than most during his 14-year span as a first grader.
Green was quick to remind everyone about the 33-year-old premiership winner's impressive list of feats.
"He's been a really good leader at the club," Green said.
"He's played Origin, took us to a grand final and he was captain when we won the Nines [in 2014].
"So he's had a wonderful career."
Having started out at North Queensland in 2006, Cooper detoured to the Penrith Panthers and Gold Coast Titans prior to returning to the Cowboys in 2011.
His second stint in Townsville has defined his legacy, the back-rower developing a special connection with Johnathan Thurston that terrorised edge defences.
Cooper made his Queensland debut in 2016 and raised the State of Origin shield twice ('16, '17).
But the undisputed peak of the veteran's career would be the 2015 grand final triumph that brought North Queensland their first-ever title.
Cooper is uncontracted beyond this season, and while Green did not rule out extending his time at the Cowboys by another year, he urged fans to appreciate the stalwart in the here and now.
"He's still doing his job at the moment, so that's the main thing," Green said.
"I'm not sure about how long going forward. For now, let's just celebrate this weekend and hopefully it's a good result for him."
