New Zealand Warriors forward Sam Lisone has been suspended for two matches over a crusher tackle on Wests Tigers prop Thomas Mikaele last weekend.
Lisone was charged with a grade one dangerous contact for his awkward challenge on Mikaele that placed pressure on the rookie's head and neck.
Due to his poor judicial record and 72 carryover points to his name, the 25-year-old was set to sit out two weeks even with an early guilty plea.

He unsuccessfully fought the charge on Tuesday night and will be unavailable for his side's upcoming games against the Manly Sea Eagles and Gold Coast Titans.
Lisone will be on thin ice when he returns, with 92 carryover points meaning even a low-grade offence will see him banned again for at least a week.
South Sydney prop Liam Knight also copped a two-match suspension after being found guilty of a chicken wing tackle on Dragons enforcer James Graham.
Knight will be forced to watch on when the Rabbitohs play the Titans and Sea Eagles.
