NRL Judiciary Round 20: Reagan Campbell-Gillard and Tino Fa'asuamaleaui suspended after fiery clash image

Three players have been charged following a fiery clash between the Eels and Titans on Sunday night, while two hot-headed Dolphins stars have also found themselves in the crosshairs of the NRL judiciary.

Earlier in the weekend, a pair of Roosters with dicey records found themselves on the charge sheet, while a Broncos star is on the comeback trail.

Here are all the charges judiciary charges from round 20 of the 2023 NRL season.

Maika Sivo found guilty, handed four-game ban

Eels winger Maika Sivo will miss the next four matches after being found guilty at the NRL judiciary for a high tackle on Jojo Fififita.

The 29-year-old powerhouse was sin-binned in the first-half of Parramatta's win over the Titans and was hit with a grade two careless high tackle charge.

Sivo contested the grading on Tuesday night and the risk didn't pay off for the Eels, with the original grading upheld by the panel and the tryscoring machine ruled out for a month.

Dolphins prop Jarrod Wallace cleared by NRL judiciary

Dolphins prop Jarrod Wallace has been cleared by the NRL judiciary after initially being charged for a shoulder charge in Round 20 against the Panthers.

The front-rower was facing one month on the sidelines, but has been found not guilty by the panel. Dolphins teammate Felise Kaufusi will escape with a $3000 fine after taking the early guilty plea for a grade one careless high tackle on Panthers second-rower Zac Hosking.

Earlier on Sunday, Warriors centre Rocco Berry was hit with a grade one dangerous throw charge, but will escape with a $1000 fine.

Reagan Campbell-Gillard cops four-game suspension

Reagan Campbell-Gillard is facing up to five weeks on the sidelines, with the Parramatta front-rower cited for an ugly incident in Sunday's win over the Titans.

The 29-year-old was sin-binned after dropping his knees into the back of Gold Coast utility Chris Randall, and has been hit with a grade three dangerous contact charge by the NRL match review committee.

Campbell-Gillard will miss four games after taking the early guilty plea.

Tino Fa'asuamaleaui accepts three-game ban for shoulder charge

Titans captain Tino Fa'asuamaleaui will miss the next three matches after a brutal shoulder charge on the aforementioned Campbell-Gillard in Round 20.

The 23-year-old was penalised for the incident directly after half-time and has since been charged with grade one shoulder charge.

Due to prior indiscretions, the Maroons enforcer will miss three games after taking the early guilty plea.

Fa'asuamaleaui did escape sanction over his 'raised forearm' on Mitchell Moses in the second-half of the narrow loss.

Victor Radley and Jared Waerea-Hargreaves avoid suspension

Roosters hard nuts Victor Radley and Jared Waerea-Hargreaves can avoid suspensions for incidents in their side's Saturday night loss to Melbourne.

Both men have significant recent history with the judiciary but early guilty pleas will see them escape with $3,000 fines.

Radley was charged with grade one dangerous contact on Cameron Munster after he raised an elbow when running the ball, while Waerea-Hargreaves was hit with a tripping charge on Harry Grant.

If either player fights the charge and loses, they'll be suspended for two matches.

Reuben Garrick fined over trip

Sea Eagles fullback Reuben Garrick will be $750 lighter in the pocket if he takes the early guily plea following a trip on Valentine Holmes in Manly's loss to the Cowboys on Saturday.

Reece Walsh to return against South Sydney Rabbitohs

After failing to successfully appeal his three-match in an attempt to feature in Game III of Origin, Walsh has successfully applied to have Origin III included in his three-match ban.

The Brisbane Broncos argued that Walsh would have been selected for the Maroons if he wasn't ruled out due to the suspension.

He will now be eligible to return in Round 21 against South Sydney instead of the initially scheduled Round 22 return.
