NRL Judiciary Round 2: Briton Nikora accepts 2-match ban while Jahrome Hughes decision reached image

Jarome Luai and Briton Nikora have found themselves on the NRL Judiciary's charge sheet after both players made high tackles on Friday night.

The Penrith playmaker was also put on report for tripping Mitch Moses during his side's win over Parramatta, while Jahrome Hughes found himself in hot water for coming into contact with a referee.

Take a look at all the confirmed Round 2 NRL Judiciary charges below:

Jahrome Hughes sidelined after making contact with referee

Melbourne Storm halfback Jahrome Hughes will be sidelined for one game, after he was charged with contrary conduct towards a referee in Saturday night's win.

20 minutes through the second half, Hughes appeared to push the referee to the ground, and the league has come down hard.

Hughes will be suspended for one game after taking the early guilty plea, which rules him out of this week's clash with the Knights.

This charge was one of five total charges that came from the three Saturday games, with the Raiders copping two charges, as well as one each for the Tigers and the Knights.

Francis Molo banned over high shot

Dragons forward Francis Molo has accepted a one-game suspension after he was charged with a grade two careless high tackle on Sunday.

Molo collected Jarrod Wallace with the shot late in the Dragons' heavy defeat to the Dolphins.

The Dragons face the Cowboys this week.

Briton Nikora accepts two game suspension for high shot

Sharks enforcer Nikora spent 10 minutes in the sheds in the early stages of his side's clash with the Bulldogs.

The incident – which saw him hit Viliame Kikau high and late – had many fans calling for a send off, rather than a sin bin.

Nikora has been sent to the sin bin for forceful contact.

The incident was initially missed by on-field referee Ziggy Przeklasa-Adamski, before he was alerted by the Bunker referee.

On Saturday morning, Nikora was hit with a two-match suspension, with an early guilty plea, for the tackle.

The New Zealand international has elected not to fight the charge and, with Cronulla's bye week falling in round 5, will be available for selection in the Sharks' round 6 match against the Rabbitohs.

Jarome Luai escapes suspension for two separate charges

Panthers playmaker Luai has avoided suspension despite being cited for two separate incidents from Friday's Penrith vs. Parramatta game.

He collected Bailey Simonsson high with a swinging arm early in the game, with his opponent exiting the field and later failing his head injury assessment.

Later that half, he was again put on report for tripping Moses.

Luai rushed out of the line and stuck his foot out, causing the Eels halfback to fall over.

However, the two Grade 1 charges will result in a total of $3,600 in fines with an early guilty plea.

Meanwhile, Morgan Harper was also cited for an incident in the match with a dangerous contact charge incurring a $1,000 fine with an early guilty plea.
