NRL Judiciary Round 14: Joseph Suaalii, Jarrod Wallace, Anthony Milford handed bans image

Roosters look set to be without young Joseph Suaalii for several weeks following an incident in Sunday's win over the Dogs.

It was a busy period for the NRL judiciary following Saturday's three NRL matches.

A Dolphins duo have been handed significant bans, whilst the Titans are set to be without their hooker for a week.

Four further players were also charged following separate incidents.

There were no serious incidents out of Friday night's Tigers-Raiders match with two players facing fines assuming they enter a guilty plea.

Below, The Sporting News wraps up all the judiciary charges from the week.

Joseph Suaalii looking at lengthy suspension

Roosters outside back Joseph Suaalii is facing at least three matches on the sideline after he was charged with grade two dangerous contact.

Suaalii has previously found himself in hot water for lifting his legs into the tackler when carrying the ball and it looks to have cost him here.

Bulldogs hooker Reed Mahoney was left concussed following an attempted tackle on Suaalii in the first half of the Roosters' one-point win in Gosford on Sunday.

Replays appeared to show the young star raise his right knee into the contact.

It's Suaalii's third charge in 12 months, meaning he's looking at a solid whack from the judiciary.

He'll be suspended for three matches if he takes an early guilty plea or risk a four-match suspension if he fights it and loses.

Suaalii's teammate Jake Turpin was also cited following the match, he'll be fined $1,000 if he takes the early guilty plea following a careless high tackle charge.

Coen Hess fined for high shot

Cowboys forward Coen Hess is facing a $3,000 fine, or a two-match suspension for a high tackle on Xavier Coates.

Hess' poor record contributed to the weight of the penalty but he'll be free to play against the Panthers in round 16 following North Queensland's bye this week.

Dolphins pair Wallace, Milford handed significant bans

Dolphins enforcer Jarrod Wallace is set for a spell on the sideline after a shoulder charge on Warriors player Rocco Berry.

He will be suspended for three games if he enters an early guilty plea, but could miss up to four if he unsuccessfully challenges.

Teammate and five-eighth Anthony Milford has also been given a three-match ban for his late shot on Marcelo Montoya.

The 28-year-old was sent to the sin bin following the hit.

His hefty penalty is a result of it being his third and subsequent offence with the judiciary.

Randall suspended, Richard Kennar fined after Titans-Rabbitohs clash

The Titans are set to be without their starting hooker next match after Chris Randall was suspended for one game for dangerous contact.

He was not penalised or sin-binned following the incident involving Jai Arrow, but the 27-year-old will sit out their next clash with an early plea.

Rabbitohs winger Richard Kennar found himself on the judiciary report for a shoulder charge on Jayden Campbell and will need to pay a $1,000 fine.

Three Sharks charged after Broncos loss

It was a disappointing display from the Sharks against the Broncos on Saturday night, and three of their players have had salt rubbed into their respective wounds.

Ronaldo Mulitalo (crusher tackle; $1,000), Braden Hamlin-Uele (crusher tackle; $3,000) and Blayke Brailey (dangerous contact; $750) have all been fined.

Woolford facing fine for dangerous throw

Raiders enforcer Zac Woolford is looking at a $2,500 fine for an early plea after being charged with a grade one dangerous throw on John Bateman.

Woolford risks a two-match suspension if he challenges the charge at the NRL Judiciary and loses - with it being the second offence on his record.

Papali'i hit in hip pocket for contact on Fogarty

Tigers forward Isaiah Papali'i faces a $1,800 fine for an early plea on a grade one dangerous contact charge after an offence on Raiders halfback Jamal Fogarty.

In an effort to charge down Fogarty's kick, Papali'i's head made contact with the legs of Fogarty.

The resulting penalty saw the Raiders seal a 20-19 victory.

If he challenges the charge and loses, Papali'i will be fined $2500.
