Brisbane and Penrith have made their way to the big dance, with the two powerhouse clubs demolishing their opposition in the prelim finals to set up a tantalising 2023 NRL decider.
After 27 rounds and three weeks of finals, it was the Broncos and Panthers who stood tall and will now square off at Accor Stadium on Sunday night in front of a bumper crowd.
The referees have found themselves in the headlines throughout the finals series, with experienced officials Ashley Klein and Gerard Sutton coming up with poor calls in crucial moments.
The fallout has led to a first-time official for this year's decider, with Klein, Sutton and Ben Cummins all overlooked.

Who is refereeing the 2023 NRL Grand Final?
Adam Gee has been appointed as the lead official for this year's NRL decider - the first of his career.
Chris Sutton and David Munro will act as touch judges, with Klein named as the Bunker official for the grand final.
"Adam thoroughly deserves his appointment to the grand final," Graham Annesley said of Gee's appointment.
"He has been a standout match official this season and been incredibly consistent in 2023.
"Adam has refereed 236 matches, and his calm demeanour and strong work ethic are testament to that experience.
"We’re in the fortunate position to have a number of referees who have the ability to officiate the grand final but it’s a competitive process and Adam is the best referee for the job based on performances this year and throughout the finals series."
