Canterbury have continued their major signing spree for the 2024 season, adding four more players to their squad.

After adding the likes of Stephen Crichton and Bronson Xerri to their backline, as well as utility players Blake Taaffe and Jaeman Salmon, the club have continued to bolster their roster in a bid to turn their fortunes around.

In an announcement on Wednesday, it was revealed that Knights utility Kurt Mann, Jake Turpin, Drew Hutchison and Poasa Faamausil will all join the Bulldogs on two-year deals.

The four players will bring over 370 games of combined NRL experience and will begin training in the coming weeks under head coach Cameron Ciraldo.

Mann in particular brings a wealth of first grade quality and versatility, having covered a variety of roles both in the forwards and backs during his tenures with the Storm, Dragons and Knights since making his debut in 2014.

Hutchison is also an experienced and steady campaigner, having spent the past five seasons at the Roosters as the club's resident 'Mr Fix-It', covering for injury and suspension in the halves, centres and hooker.

Turpin enjoyed only a short stint at the Tricolours in 2023, playing 15 games for the powerhouse club after spending his early seasons at the Broncos in both the dummy-half and playmaking positions.

Faamausili is the latest forward to join the ranks at Belmore after the recent addition of Josh Curran, with the 27-year-old moving from the Dolphins and beginning his induction process this week.

All four players will remain at the Bulldogs until at least the end of the 2025 NRL season, while the club also confirmed a two-year extension for Kurtis Morrin prior to the announcement of the new quadruple signings.
