The third week's action uncovered several new stories, but Melbourne and South Sydney remained the only undefeated sides in 2019.
Canberra flexed their muscle, as did Cronulla - while Manly and Canterbury both ticked off their wins columns with big results.
The pecking order is far from set, but some big names have hit the ground running, and are doing so consistently.

FULLBACK
It was like he hadn't been away at all. Tom Trbojevic carved up the Warriors in Christchurch. Like, seriously carved up. Returning from a hamstring injury, Trbojevic scored two tries and set up two more to help Manly to their first win of the year.
WINGERS
Nicknamed 'Herb', it's crazy that Campbell Graham is still just 19 years old. The Bunnies winger was brilliant against the Titans, scoring a brace - including a wild putdown to help South Sydney put the Titans to the sword. Graham is averaging 121 run metres per game so far in 2019, and he's playing like he's hungry for more. It's a different story for Josh Addo-Carr, who has had a quiet season to date by his standards. However, in Melbourne's crushing win over Penrith in Bathurst, Addo-Carr sizzled with a try and nine tackle breaks.
CENTRES
In his 266th NRL apperance, Josh Morris played like the veteran we all know. Moving to Cronulla and splitting from twin brother Brett - who went to the Roosters - loomed as a test, but Morris proved against the Cowboys that age is just a number. The 32-year-old scored two tries, broke four tackles and made two linebreaks. It was a different build-up for Dragons centre Euan Aitken, who lit the fuse ahead of his side's trip to Brisbane. However, Aitken backed up his fighting words with 142 run metres and six tackle breaks as the Dragons downed Brisbane at Suncorp.
HALVES
Maroons fans will be happy with what they saw. Incumbent Queensland halves Cameron Munster and Daly Cherry-Evans were on the right side of wins that combined for 78 points for their respective teams. Munster was the man in Melbourne's romp over Penrith, while DCE steered Manly to a massive win over the Warriors in Christchurch. In all, the two players - across both games - combined for three tries, two try assists, 542 kick metres and 47 tackles. Not bad at all.
PROPS
In 54 minutes against Parramatta, Sio Siua Taukhieao broke seven tackles and ran for 162 metres. His old Roosters teammate Dylan Napa - now with the Dogs - scored a try and ran for 116 metres in a shorter burst. Two premiership-winning props, two big showings. Impressive.
HOOKER
Cameron McInnes was a thorn to Brisbane's side - the Dragons rake scored a dazzling try from dummy half and made 45 tackles in his side's confidence-boosting win at Suncorp.
SECOND ROW
Briton Nikora is in his first year of NRL footy - but against the Cowboys, he made it look easy. The 21-year-old scored a try in his side's dominant win in Townsville. Meanwhile, Canberra's English recruit John Bateman was huge against the Knights, making nine tackle breaks, 41 tackles and 185 run metres in a massive performance.
LOCK
With Manly chasing their first win of the season, Jake Trbojevic stood taller than most. The Origin rep ran for 139 metres and made 40 tackles in his side's big win in Christchurch.
