UPDATE: The Sydney Roosters have received a massive boost, with co-captain Jake Friend included in the matchday squad for their clash against the Canberra Raiders.
Friend hasn't played since injuring his arm against the Knights back in July.
His inclusion was first reported by Daily Telegraph journalist Dean Ritchie, who confirmed that Trent Robinson had decided to select both hookers
Unconfirmed but hearing Jake Friend will play. Verrills likely to be included in the 17 too

He slots into the side on the bench for Zane Tetevano, who is the unlucky person to miss out, whilst 20-year-old Sam Verrills remains in the starting line-up.
EARLIER
And then there were two.
The two teams for this year's grand final have been named, with the Sydney Roosters set to take on the Canberra Raiders at ANZ Stadium on October 6.
The Roosters advanced to the final by defeating the Storm in a replay of last year's final at the SCG. The Bondi boys have history on their mind, looking to win back-to-back premierships for the first time since the Broncos achieved the feat in 1997-98 - assuming you're a Super League apologist.
Meanwhile, the Raiders secured their spot in the grand final for the first time since 1994 with a dominant win over the Rabbitohs at GIO Stadium. The Green Machine know all too well about the pressure of going back-to-back, with the Canberra boys achieving this feat back in 1990-91. Unfortunately, it has been lean years since this dominant period, with former halfback Ricky Stuart looking to coach the side back to the top.

Ricky Stuart has named an unchanged lineup to the side that defeated South Sydney on the weekend. Hooker Josh Hodgson sat out training on Tuesday with a virus, however, he is expected to be ready to go for the big game.
