The New Zealand Warriors' preparations for the upcoming season have copped a minor blow, with experienced five-eighth Blake Green reportedly sustaining a hamstring strain.
According to Wide World of Sports, Green picked up the injury at training on Tuesday and will miss the club's two trial matches.
However, Green is likely to be available for the Warriors' round one clash with the Canterbury Bulldogs.

The 32-year-old is arguably the Warriors' most valuable player this year – he is the side's only established playmaker, with long-time No.7 Shaun Johnson and back-up half Mason Lino now at other clubs.
Former Penrith reserve grader Adam Keighran is expected to start alongside Green in round one, though 19-year-old rookie Chanel Harris-Tavita is also in the picture.
Green's absence from the trials means Harris-Tavita should receive more minutes, giving him the chance to change coach Stephen Kearney's mind at the last minute.
Green played 22 games for the Warriors in 2018 and was a major key in their return to the finals for the first time since 2011.
