The NRLW will grow in 2025 with two more teams added to the competition.
Currently, the NRLW has 10 teams in 2024, with the league to kick off in late July.

Which teams have been added to the NRLW in 2025?
In late March 2024, the Australian Rugby League Commission approved the addition of two new teams for 2025 - the New Zealand Warriors and Canterbury Bankstown-Bulldogs.
It will be the Bulldogs first time in the league, while the Warriors were part of the NRLW until COVID restrictions forced their withdrawal in 2020.
NRLW structure for 2024 and 2025
For the upcoming NRLW 2024 season, there will be 10 teams playing a nine-round regular season.
There will then be a two-week finals series consisting of semi finals features first on the standings versus fourth, and second versus third.
The winners of the semi-final will meet in the grand final.
In 2025, the NRLW will feature 12 teams and an 11-round regular season.
Details of the finals series structure have not yet been revealed.
