After returning to NRL finals for the first time since 2021, Manly Sea Eagles would be content with their result but hoping for more next season.
A seventh-placed finish in the regular season was followed by a stirring two-point win over the Bulldogs in their elimination final.
However, Anthony Seibold's side were then humbled by the Roosters to the tune of 24 points in the semis.
The Sea Eagles will be aiming for a top-four spot in 2025, with plenty of improvement expected amongst the group.

Which players have left the Manly Sea Eagles in 2024?
Josh Schuster was the first to leave the club with the backrower spectacularly parting ways with the Sea Eagles midway through the campaign.
Schuster still had three years remaining on his deal but walked out after the two parties agreed to a settlement.
Karl Lawton will be a big loss after the utility player established himself as a starting backrower during the business end of the season.
He has left the Northern Beaches after inking a deal with North Queensland, while a chunk of experience has been lost in the squad due to the retirements of Aaron Woods and Brad Parker.
At the opposite end of the spectrum, Jamie Humphreys has left to join Wayne Bennett at South Sydney.
Meanwhile, Matt Lodge is also expected to depart with the club unlikely to be able to keep the prop due to salary cap pressure.
