Maroons prop Tom Flegler has escaped suspension, despite being controversially sin-binned during the State of Origin opener.
Late in the game with Queensland down on the scoreboard, the Broncos enforcer was placed on report and given his marching orders for a high shot on Tom Trbojevic.
Fortunately for Flegler, his side managed to score two tries with 12 men on the field, pulling off a remarkable Origin victory to put them in the box-seat to defend the shield.
It was a puzzling decision to sit Flegler down for 10 minutes to begin with, as many believed the contact with Trbojevic was more of a head clash than a high tackle.
