Gold Coast Titans v North Queensland Cowboys: Kyle Feldt saves the game with incredible try-saver in frantic last play image

Kyle Feldt, take a bow!

The North Queensland winger came to the rescue at the death for his side, bundling Titans centre Brian Kelly out of touch with a ridiculous try-saving tackle to seal a 6-4 win for the away side to secure three consecutive victories.

The desperate Gold Coast threw everything at the Cowboys in a nail-biting, last play scramble that went from sideline to sideline as Tyrone Peachey seemed to have pulled off the miracle play.

The former Panther grubbered for himself and regathered, finding his feet before offloading to an open Bryce Cartwright on the left edge.

It was a three-on-one situation, however Cartwright's final pass to Kelly went behind his right shoulder, forcing him to turn and collect in a moment that gave Feldt a breath of hope.

Sprinting from the centre of the field, Feldt managed to wrap the ball up and fling Kelly's body over the sideline with the ball being lost millimetres before the try-line.

It was just one of many moments the Titans were left to rue - million dollar halfback Ash Taylor missed a straight-forward penalty goal with less than 15 minutes on the clock to level the scores, handing the kicking duties to Tyrone Roberts who swung another attempt wide with six minutes left.

Feldt's defence wasn't the only piece of brilliance that saved the Titans as fullback Jordan Kahu chased down his opposite number AJ Brimson from behind in the first half to save another certain four-pointer.
