Eagle-eyed fans may have noticed that the New Zealand Warriors are playing at Go Media Stadium this season, rather than Mount Smart Stadium.
However, this isn't a new ground – it is simply a fresh sponsorship deal.

What is Go Media? New Zealand stadium sponsor, explained
The venue formerly known as Mount Smart Stadium is now officially Go Media Stadium.
A deal was reached in May 2023.
Go Media is a New Zealand-based company that provides "outdoor media solutions".
This includes advertisements on digital billboards, buses, trains and at airports.
Go Media Stadium capacity, location
Go Media Stadium has an official capacity of 25,000 fans for a sports game, but can hold up to 50,000 people for certain events like concerts.
The venue is located on the former Mount Smart – or Rarotonga – volcano.
A century of quarrying and excavation allowed the stadium to be built on the site, which was opened in 1967.
What is the Warriors' record NRL attendance?
The record crowd at Go Media Stadium for a Warriors match is 28,745.
Fans took advantage of an expanded stadium layout and packed it out for a finals clash in 2007 with the Eels.
Outside of Mount Smart, the largest Warriors crowd was in 2011 following the Christchurch earthquake earlier that year.
A total of 38,405 fans attended their first home match that season at Eden Park in Auckland.
