Dylan Brown allegations: Parramatta Eels star charged with sexual touching image

Parramatta Eels player Dylan Brown has been charged with five counts of sexual touching following an alleged incident at a Sydney pub.

The Daily Telegraph have reported that police were called to the Golden Sheaf in Double Bay after a 20-year-old woman alerted staff at the venue about an alleged incident.

Brown was then taken for questioning at Waverley Police Station before he was charged.

NSW Police have stated that he will face Downing Centre Local Court on Wednesday.

"About 11.40 pm yesterday officers attached to Eastern Suburbs PAC were called to a hotel on New South Head Rd at Double Bay following a report of sexual touching," a NSW Police statement read, per the Daily Telegraph.

"Police arrested a 22-year-old man he was taken to Waverley Police Station where he has been charged with sexually touch another person without consent.

"He was granted bail to appear before Downing Centre Local Court on Wednesday, June 7."

Brown's club also released a statement on Sunday morning.

"The Parramatta Eels have been made aware of an incident involving Dylan Brown last night," the statement read.

"The club has advised the NRL integrity unit as per our normal process.

"As it is a police matter, the club will not be making further comment at this time."

The Eels are on a bye for this ongoing NRL round.

Their next match is against the Bulldogs on Monday, June 12.
