Viliame Kikau has joined Kalyn Ponga at the top of the Dally M Medal standings after Round 6.

The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs enforcer starred in his side's 16-14 loss to the Melbourne Storm, picking up maximum points.

Elsewhere, the departing Zac Lomax also received six votes as the St George Illawarra Dragons picked up a win over the Wests Tigers.
