Jahrome Hughes picked up his maiden Dally M Medal on Wednesday night, but it certainly wasn't his club's first.
In fact, Hughes' 2024 triumph marked the sixth time a Melbourne Storm player has secured the gong.
This puts the Victorian team atop the standings when it comes to Dally M wins by club.
Despite only joining the NRL in 1998, the Storm have produced four separate winners of the famous medal – Cameron Smith (2006, 2017), Billy Slater (2011), Cooper Cronk (2013, 2016) and now Hughes (2024).
