Broncos centre Kotoni Staggs has called on the club's leadership group to step up as the embattled team rounds the home turn in what's been a horror season.
Brisbane currently sit 15th, with just three wins from 14 games amid a revolving door of on-field and personnel issues as well as off-field drama.
Speaking on NITV's Over the Black Dot, Staggs said some of his more senior teammates needed to lead the way.

"There’s some boys there in leadership that are not really doing their job and I think there’s a lot of young boys in there that are getting away with a bit," Staggs said.
"We need some leaders there to step up and to show us young boys what it’s about."
While his on-field form has been solid, Staggs himself has been a stranger to the drama at the club this season.
Between a hamstring injury and a high shot suspension, he's missed six games so for in 2020.
His year had appeared to get back on track as he proved to be a dangerous weapon on the team's left edge, until earlier this month when he was caught up in a revenge porn scandal.
An explicit video featuring the 21-year-old was spread on social media, though he was cleared of any wrongdoing.
Staggs said he was happy to have a strong support network around him.
"I have had a couple hard weeks myself with stuff coming out on social media and that. But I've got a good headspace, I have got good people around me, family included, I have big support from them," he said.
"So at the moment everything is dealt with what happened with myself and I am going good and I just want to finish the season strong."
Brisbane take on the Dragons this Friday.
