Professional sports stars are meant to eat healthy foods on gameday, right?
That might apply to some elite athletes, but not Brian To'o.
The Panthers winger's pre-match breakfast has been revealed, and as it turns out, he enjoys a visit to the 'Golden Arches'.
Remarkably, To'o indulges in McDonald's before every game.

His typical order consists of:
- Two breakfast burgers
- Large chips
- Aioli sauce
- Six Coke Zeros
That adds up to over 8000 kilojoules.
To put that in perspective, the average person needs around 8,700 kilojoules daily to maintain a healthy weight.
Panthers teammate Liam Martin has described To'o's pre-match diet as "disgusting".
"It’s incredible. Every time we go out to brekkie on away trips I always get a photo of it because I still can’t believe it," Martin told the Daily Telegraph.

To'o is set to tuck into his infamous breakfast one last time this NRL season before the Panthers take on the Storm in Sunday's grand final.
The 26-year-old has been at his consistent best for Penrith in 2024, scoring 14 tries and averaging 196 run metres across 23 matches.
He also played all three mid-season games for the NSW Blues as they re-claimed the State of Origin shield.
