Arkansas will always be in Kentucky G Malik Monk's heart image

Arkansas fans may never get over it. 

Malik Monk, the pride and joy of Lepanto, Ark., and now the SEC's leading scorer at 21.9 points per game chose Kentucky over the Razorbacks much to the chagrin of a lot of the residents of the Natural State. 

But while many in his native land might've left him as he departed for greener, make that bluer, pastures, on his way to likely becoming a lottery pick in the 2017 NBA Draft, the city he was raised in has never left his heart. In fact, he's got a picture of the neighborhood he grew up in tattooed across his chest. 

In anticipation of the No. 4 Wildcats' (13-2)  tilt against second-ranked Kansas (18-2) Saturday night,  ESPN's College Gameday profiled the lanky 6-3, 201-pounder, in a piece during which he detailed the love he has for his hometown.
