The son of middleweight boxer Billy Joe Saunders has proved the fighting genes must really run in the family after landing a low blow on his father's opponent during their weigh-in.

Saunders is set to face Willie Monroe Jr. in a WBO middleweight title bout on Sunday but his son beat him to landing the first punching.
During the pair's weigh-in on Saturday, Saunders' seven-year-old son clearly didn't take too kindly to being touched by Monroe Jr. and reacted in hilarious fashion. Check it out below.

Currently undefeated after 24 professional fights, England-born Saunders, was pretty proud of his son's efforts and didn't stop posing as his young prodigy caught his opponent off guard.
