Wales have been forced into a late change ahead of Sunday's Six Nations encounter with Scotland after Samson Lee was ruled out with concussion.
The prop suffered concussion in last Friday's opening 21-16 defeat to England, but was originally named in the head coach Warren Gatland's starting XV for the encounter at Murrayfield.
However, the Scalets man failed the final part of the required return to play protocol and has subsequently been replaced by Aaron Jarvis - with Scott Andrews promoted to the replacements.
"Wales have made one change to their side to face Scotland on Sunday with Aaron Jarvis coming into the starting XV in place of Samson Lee," read a statement on Wales rugby's official website.
"Lee was unable to complete the final component of the return to play protocol and has been ruled out of the second RSB 6 Nations fixture.
"Jarvis' place on the bench is taken by Scott Andrews."
The issue of concussion has been a big talking point surrounding Wales this week.
Winger George North was allowed to continue against England despite seemingly being knocked unconscious following a blow to the head in the second half - leading to criticism from pundits and concussion experts.
North was subsequently removed from the squad to face Scotland this weekend.
