Jockey Lewis Ferguson insists he is "absolutely fine" after a horrifying fall during a jumps horse race Wednesday.
The 18-year-old amateur was riding 4-7 favorite Merrion Square in the John Dufosee Memorial Open Hunters' Chase at Wincanton, England, when he was spectacularly thrown from the saddle.

As his mount changed direction heading to the last hurdle, Ferguson was thrown into the fence and flipped over twice in mid-air before landing on his back.
There was immediate concern from race officials, but Ferguson was able to walk away unaided.
Wincanton's clerk of the course, Barry Johnson, described the incident to the Guardian as "the worst fall I've ever seen." Ferguson, though, later tweeted he will be OK.
