The Golden State Warriors star did not practice on Sunday and is still listed as questionable after injuring his right ankle in the first half of Saturday’s 104-78 win over the Rockets, according to Warriors coach Steve Kerr.
Kerr did said Curry is doing "a little better" according to NBA.com, but veteran guard Shaun Livingston will replace the 28-year-old if he is unable to prove his fitness.
"Right now I don't see a scenario where I'll be out," Curry said via CBS Sports. "Obviously, if it's not right and at risk of further injury or whatnot, that's the only thing that I think we have to worry about.
"Pain tolerance and all that stuff, I kind of know what I can deal with on the court, but you don't want anything more serious to happen favouring an ankle or whatnot. So that's what we'll pay attention to the next few days."
Curry scored 24 points in just under 20 minutes in Saturday’s blowout win.
