A-League leaders Perth Glory scored two late goals to salvage an entertaining 3-3 draw against Melbourne Victory at nib Stadium on Sunday.

The home side looked all set to slump to a second successive defeat when Kosta Barbarouses put Victory 3-1 up just before the hour, but Rostyn Griffiths and substitute Jamie Maclaren both netted inside the last 12 minutes to rescue a point.

Perth's late heroics, however, were soured by a serious ankle injury to in-form winger Chris Harold.

Fahid Ben Khalfallah earlier put the visitors ahead with 18 minutes gone. The French-born Tunisian winger was given too much space at the edge of the box and fired the opener into the top-right corner after a clever build-up from Gui Finkler.

Victory's lead, though, lasted barely four minutes as Andy Keogh hauled the sides level from the penalty spot with his ninth goal of the season after goalkeeper Nathan Coe had felled Harold in the area.

Besart Berisha put Victory back in front three minutes prior to half-time before Barbarouses made it 3-1.

Then came the fightback from the home side as Griffiths set up a grandstand finish that saw Maclaren dash down the wing and slot the ball perfectly past Coe at the far post.
