Sohaib Maqsood has suffered a recurence of his left-arm fracture and will miss Pakistan's one-day international and Twenty20 clashes against Bangladesh.
The middle-order batsman will be replaced by Saad Nasim, having complained of pain during a Pakistan training session.
Investigations revealed a small piece of broken bone in Maqsood's wrist and, as such, the 27-year-old will be replaced by Nasim for the ODI fixtures.
Right-hander Nasim was already in the squad for the tour's only T20 contest, which follows a three-match ODI series.
