England captain Eoin Morgan is unfazed by his poor form heading into the start of the Cricket World Cup.
Since making a century against Australia on January 16, Morgan has scored just two runs in four innings – including three ducks.
The 28-year-old batsman says his form is not troubling him, just two days out from his team's clash against Australia in Melbourne.
"Not really that concerned [with my form]," Morgan told a news conference on Thursday.
"Again I went through a little bit of a bad patch before Christmas and I feel since then, since I've started with the Sydney Thunder in the Big Bash, I've started to turn things around.
"I've had a couple of low scores but obviously I'll look to cash in on Saturday if I get past 10 or 20 balls."
Morgan made 121 in the tri-series clash against Australia, but finished that competition with scores of 0, two and 0.
The left-hander, who also made a duck against Pakistan in a warm-up game, said he would take plenty of confidence from the ton he made against the World Cup co-hosts.
"I think it's four games, five games ago that I scored a hundred. I don't have to look that far back to actually reconnect with what works well for me," Morgan said.
"I took a lot from that hundred I got in Sydney, particularly seeing it was against Australia, and obviously the first game is a big game against Australia.
"I'll take a lot of confidence from that game."
