That's not going to stop people from talking about it though. The legend of Rousey grew on Wednesday when Manny Pacquiao stated that she could beat Floyd Mayweather in the Octagon.

He appeared on "His & Hers" and was asked if he agreed that Rousey could beat Mayweather.

"I believe so," Pacquiao said. "She's strong. Strong enough to beat Floyd Mayweather in MMA."
Is he being serious? Hopefully not.
