Horn admits he can't remember rounds from Pacquiao fight image

It was one of the sporting upsets of the year, but Australian boxer Jeff Horn concedes he can't exactly remember all of his blockbuster fight with Filipino Manny Pacquiao.

The 29-year-old WBO welterweight champion upset his more favoured opponent in July at Suncorp Stadium, winning on a heavily scrutinised unanimous points decision.

While the fairytale win will be a moment Australia never forgets, Horn has revealed some details of it are already a little fuzzy.

Asked on Channel Nine's Sports Sunday if he struggles to remember everything from the bout, he conceded it is.

"That's exactly right," Horn responded.

"I can't remember after it's happened, someone will ask me 'ah that round three or that round nine' and I can't remember."

While hardly surprising, considering the 182 punches Pacquiao landed in the fight that left Horn bloody and bruised, it is concerning considering the special significance of the win.

"It felt like a movie at times, like it was just playing in my head," Horn described it.

Horn will be looking to defend his title against British boxer Gary Corcoran on December 13 and hopefully take a few less punches this time around.
