Philippe Saint-Andre has made two changes for France's final Six Nations clash against England, with Jules Plisson and Vincent Debaty coming in to the starting XV.
Plisson gets his first start of the tournament at fly-half as first choice number 10 Camille Lopez is sidelined with a knee injury.
The Stade Francais man impressed off the bench in last week's victory against Italy and will get his chance from the start at Twickenham on Saturday, despite suffering a broken nose in Rome.
"He's got a broken nose but he is determined to play," head coach Saint-Andre said. "He's okay for Saturday.
"We know Jules' qualities, this year he has grown in confidence and maturity.
"He was worked a lot on his physique and the particular instructions we gave him. On Sunday everything he did, he did well."
Debaty is drafted in at loosehead prop due to Eddy Ben Arous' arm injury, while Remi Tales and Uini Atonio are named among France's replacements.
France still hold a slim chance of being crowned Six Nations champions, but will have to defeat England by at least eight points and hope Ireland and Wales lose against Scotland and Italy respectively.
