The alleged victim claims that during an argument, Mayweather Sr., the father of retired undefeated boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr., dragged her out of his car by her leg when she refused to get out of the vehicle. Then, he punched her in the leg, got back in the car and drove away, she says.
The woman was hospitalized with minor injuries, and Mayweather Sr. has been charged with misdemeanor battery.
Mayweather Sr. denies the allegations, and his spokesperson told TMZ the woman is "trying to extort money and she's angry because she's not getting the money from Floyd. It's not going the way she wants it to go."
