When Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao step into the ring on May 2, we'll find out who the better boxer is. But thanks to Facebook, we already know who is more popular in each country.

Facebook analyzed data to pinpoint which boxer had the largest following from all over the world. Based on the total number of "likes," Pacquiao owns the Philippines, where he proudly hails from, southeast Asia and parts of the Middle East. Meanwhile, Mayweather has a larger Facebook fan base, well, pretty much everywhere else.

It's understandable that Mayweather would dominate in most parts of the world, since as a whole he has 9,569,802 page likes compared to Pacquiao's 6,692,217 Facebook fans. Of course, a large part — roughly a third — of Pacquiao's fans come from the Phlippines, where he has 10 times more likes than Mayweather.

Mayweather's biggest fan bases come from the United States, Mexico, United Kingdom, Philippines (maybe some hate-likes?) and Australia.

Other than the Philippines, Pacquiao has the most fans in the United States, Mexico, United Kingdom and Canada.

Maybe Pacquiao can make up some ground on Facebook if he beats Mayweather in the fight that really matters.
