For Australian swimming hopefuls, their chance to qualify for the upcoming Olympics comes via the 2024 Australian Swimming Trials.
The best of Australia's swimming talent are currently going head-to-head at the Brisbane Aquatic Centre – all aiming to claim a ticket to Paris.
To qualify for the Australian Olympic team, swimmers need to finish in the top two of the final of their chosen event, and also swim under the qualifying time set by Swimming Australia.

When are the 2024 Australian swimming trials?
The 2024 Australian swimming trials began on Monday, June 10, and will run until Saturday, June 15, culminating in the announcement of the official Olympic swimming team.
The trials are being held at the Brisbane Aquatic Centre, in Queensland.

Australian swimming fans can catch all the action of the trials live and free via the Nine network.
Both the heats and finals will be shown across Channel 9 and 9Gem, and can be streamed on 9Now.
