Nearly a decade after his murder, few athletes are as revered in Washington as Sean Taylor.

A tribute for the slain Redskins safety at a D.C. Metro stop has been painted over, and people are not happy about it.

The Taylor graffiti was painted on a wall at the Brookland Metro stop. The Washington Post reported the mural was done by a D.C. graffiti artist known as "Cert" shortly after the 24-year-old was shot and killed in Miami in 2007.
