Vikings team plane involved with runway incident landing in Green Bay image

A plane carrying the Vikings was involved with a scary incident while landing in Appleton, Wis. ahead of their NFC North game against the Packers in Green Bay.

According to a Vikings tweet, the plane carrying the team slid off the runway after touching down, and got stuck.

UPDATE: 

After several hours, the Vikings finally got off the plane, and even recorded their rescue for posterity's sake.

Vikings defensive back Anthony Davis said when the plane slid off the runway, its tires got stuck in the grass.

Certainly not an ideal situation, but any landing you can walk away from is a good one.
