Not every girl can say an NFL quarterback escorted her to prom, but Ashley Davis can.
Davis, a junior at Christian Academy of Louisville, received the surprise of a lifetime when the Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater showed up at her door to take her to prom.

Davis said she teared up when Bridgewater arrived, saying that it "[felt] like heaven."
"I was on cloud nine," she said

"I felt that it was the right thing to do," Bridgewater said. "It was a good thing to do. It really touched me when I first met her, how she kind of teared up and everything. It just shows that sort of I made an impact here on the playing field on and off the playing field. Ashley, she is just a great girl and I am going to make sure that she has a good time."
