Tom Brady’s son has learned a lot from hanging out around his dad and Patriots coach Bill Belichick. Rule 1: Don't reveal injury news. Rule 2: Be as short and vague as possible when talking with the media.
So when 6-year-old Benny interrupted the Patriots’ quarterback’s weekly radio interview with Westwood One on Monday night, he took what he learned to heart when speaking with host Jim Gray about his dad's come-from-behind win over the Jets on Sunday.
Here's the exchange, via the Boston Globe:
Did you watch your daddy play yesterday?
“Yeah, he was playing against the green guys. I don’t know what they’re called, but they’re very good,” Benny said.
How did you think your dad did yesterday?
“Great. He flipped his chest. And he tripped, too. And he got even more hurt.”
More hurt? Maybe you’ll tell us what’s wrong with him?
“I don’t know. He’s like a donkey.”

OK then.
Benny also weighed in on the Patriots' next road game against the rival Broncos on Dec. 18: “He’s going to be like, next fight with the Broncos, it’s going to be crazy. He’s going to be like a horse next time.”
If Brady can lead the Patriots back to the Super Bowl, Benny will need another animal to describe his dad. We think GOAT would suffice.
