Titans vs. Steelers: Score, live updates

The Titans and Steelers both enter "Thursday Night Football" in Week 11 on four-game winning streaks, with Pittsburgh (7-2) tied for the best record in the AFC and Tennessee (6-3) tied for the lead in the AFC South. Such a matchup of AFC playoff contenders makes for one of the more appealing Thursday night games of the 2017 season.

Thursday night's Titans-Steelers game, set to kick off at 8:25 p.m. ET and air on NBC and NFL Network, also will be available via live stream through Amazon Prime Video. The uniqueness of the Color Rush uniforms worn by both teams might be trumped by that of the camera angle, as NBC plans to utilize its SkyCam system to present a new primary viewing angle for live game coverage.

The key for Thursday night's game will be Pittsburgh's offense against Tennessee's defense. The Steelers enter Week 11 averaging 20.8 points per game, a disappointing 19th in the NFL. They have a chance to improve that average against a Titans team allowing 23.7 points per game, 22nd in the league. Pittsburgh running back Le'Veon Bell leads the NFL with 840 rushing yards, and wide receiver Antonio Brown has a league-best 882 receiving yards along with 60 receptions, tied for the second-most in the NFL.

Thursday night's game in Pittsburgh will air nationally on NBC and NFL Network. It's the second of five consecutive Thursday night games that were scheduled to be televised on NBC throughout the season (not including the NFL season-opener) as part of the NFL's "Thursday Night Football" expansion package for 2016 and '17. NBC will also televise the Thanksgiving night game between the Giants and Redskins on Thursday, Nov. 23. CBS carried five Thursday night games earlier this year. In addition to CBS and NBC, NFL Network broadcasts every Thursday night game of the season.

NBC will utilize its "dual" SkyCam system to present a new primary viewing angle for its coverage of Titans vs. Steelers on Thursday night. The network's SkyCam coverage received widespread acclaim from viewers when it was pressed into action due to fog during "Sunday Night Football" in Week 7.

"We are excited to present a game with the majority of live-action coverage coming from SkyCam," said Fred Gaudelli, executive producer of NBC "Sunday Night Football" and "Thursday Night Football." "After pivoting out of necessity to SkyCam in the New England fog, we’ve been aggressively planning and testing with the intent of utilizing the system for a full game.

"Younger generations of NFL fans have grown accustomed to watching football from this angle through their love of video games. This telecast will have a look and feel akin to that experience. We'll still have our full complement of cameras and will revert to traditional coverage when situations dictate, but the primary viewing experience of the game will come from the SkyCam angle. 'Thursday Night Football' has always been about technical innovation and new technologies, and this production will fit perfectly with that."

Mike Tirico, Cris Collinsworth and Heather Cox (field reporter) will call the Titans-Steelers game for NBC on Thursday night in Pittsburgh. At 7:30 p.m. ET on NBC, NFL Network and Amazon Prime Video, "Football Night in Pittsburgh" airs from inside Heinz Field with host Liam McHugh and analysts Tony Dungy and Rodney Harrison providing the final say leading up to kickoff between the Titans and Steelers.

Because it won an offseason bidding war, Amazon is providing live streaming services for 10 "Thursday Night Football" games in 2017. Titans vs. Steelers is the seventh of such games, which coincide with the CBS and NBC "Thursday Night Football" broadcast schedules. Amazon also provided a live stream for the Week 3 Jaguars-Ravens game in London. Twitter held the rights to live stream "Thursday Night Football" games in 2016.

"Thursday Night Football" is available in Spanish via SAP (Secondary Audio Program) with Roberto Abramowitz calling the action on NFL Network.

Titans vs. Steelers: Picks, predictions, odds, point spread
