The Tennessee Titans have a new kicker, and Cody Parkey gets a second chance.

The Titans signed Parkey Tuesday, a day after releasing Cairo Santos following his 0-for-4 performance on field-goal attempts in the team's 14-7 loss to the Bills Sunday.

Parkey, who was released by the Chicago Bears earlier this year after a missed field goal in the playoffs, had worked out for Tennessee in September.

The 27-year-old Parkey has made 99 of 118 field-goal attempts in a career that included stops in Cleveland and Miami.

Santos was blocked on a 33-yard attempt Sunday and missed from 36, 50 and 53 yards in Week 5, squandering his team's chance at a victory.
