CLEVELAND — Terrelle Pryor was flagged for taunting on the game’s final drive, a questionable call that stalled a potential game-winning drive for the Browns.
Instead, the Ravens beat the Browns 25-20.

Pryor caught a 20-yard pass down to the 10-yard line, but he was called for the penalty for flipping the ball at a Ravens’ defender. Off-setting penalties negated the play. Was the call fair?
"I'm not going to say if it was or wasn't," Browns coach Hue Jackson said. "I haven't seen it. I've heard different sides of it, but they called it so we have to do a better job of making sure that we get the ball to the official and go from there."
Josh McCown threw a game-ending interception on the next play, however, and Baltimore escaped with the victory.
McCown was injured earlier in the game but returned to finish the game.
