Patriots owner Robert Kraft has pleaded not guilty to solicitation of prostitution charges in Florida, according to Palm Beach County court documents.

Kraft, 77, was charged with two counts of soliciting a prostitute at a Jupiter, Florida, massage parlor as part of a larger sting operation in Palm Beach County.

The plea was entered Monday on behalf of Kraft by West Palm Beach-based attorney Jack A. Goldberger, who has requested that Kraft receive a non-jury trial.

Charging affidavits claim that investigators have video of a man identified as Kraft paying for and involved in sex acts during two visits to the Orchids of Asia Day Spa on consecutive days in January, including one on the day of the Patriots' AFC championship game against the Chiefs in Kansas City.

If found guilty of either misdemeanor charge, Kraft could face up to a year in jail, a mandatory fine and up to 100 hours of community service. He also would be required to take a class on the dangers of prostitution, Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg said.

Kraft initially was scheduled to be appear in court April 24 but his arraignment has been moved up to March 27, according to court documents.
