The Pro Football Hall of Fame has eight new members.

Tony Gonzalez, Champ Bailey, Ed Reed, Ty Law, Kevin Mawae, Johnny Robinson, Pat Bowlen and Gil Brandt were announced as the 2019 Hall of Fame Class at the NFL Honors on Saturday.

Gonzalez, a 14-time Pro Bowl player and six-time All-Pro tight end with the Chiefs and Falcons, retired as the NFL's second all-time leader in receptions with 1,325. He is sixth all time in receiving yards with 15,127 and eighth in receiving touchdowns with 111.

Reed, an 11-year vet with the Ravens and Texans, was named to nine Pro Bowls, five All-Pro teams and was the 2004 AP Defensive Player of the Year. He is seventh all time with 64 interceptions.

Bailey was named to 12 Pro Bowls, had 52 career interceptions and 908 tackles.

Law made five Pro Bowls and was a member of the 2000s All-Decade team.

Mawae was an eight-time Pro Bowl player and a six-time first-team All-Pro.

Robinson was a seven-time Pro Bowl player and a six-time All-Pro who won three AFL titles with the Chiefs and Dallas Texans.

Bowlen was the owner of the Broncos from 1984-2018 and was at the helm for three Super Bowl titles and seven Super Bowl appearances.

Brandt was the vice president of player personnel for the Cowboys from 1960-1988. Under his tutelage Dallas won two Super Bowls and five NFC Championships.O

Other members who were finalists in the class but did not get in were Isaac Bruce, John Lynch, Edgerrin James, Steve Atwater, Tony Boselli, Alan Faneca, Steve Hutchinson, Richard Seymour, Tom Flores and Don Coryell.
