How is the NFL playoff picture looking after Week 13's games?
From the division leaders to the wild cards to the also-rans, here's how all 32 teams stand after Monday night:

AFC
No. 1 seed — Raiders (10-2): First place, West. Oakland stayed ahead of Kansas City in the division and also jumped New England by virtue of the strength of victory tiebreaker. There's no letting up with a trip to Kansas City on Thursday.
No. 2 seed — Patriots (10-2): First place, East. New England rolled past Los Angeles to get closer to another division title, but lost ground by playing a bad NFC opponent.
No. 3 seed — Ravens (7-5): First place, North. Baltimore blew out Miami to ensure it would stay ahead of Pittsburgh in the division, still holding the head-to-head tiebreaker.

No. 4 seed — Texans (6-6): First place, South. Houston dropped into a tie with Tennessee for the division, but stays just ahead with the head-to-head tiebreaker. Indianapolis can make it a virtual three-way tie on Monday night.
No. 5 seed — Chiefs (9-3): Wild card. Kansas City got a big win in Atlanta to solidify this position. It kept pace with Oakland, turning Thursday's matchup into a first-place game.

No. 6 seed — Broncos (8-4): Wild card. Denver was down Trevor Siemian and got the job done in Jacksonville. The reigning champs should feel much better about just getting into the playoffs again.
Who's right behind — Dolphins (7-5), Steelers (7-5), Colts (6-6), Titans (6-6), Bills (6-6). Miami fell hard out of playoff position in Baltimore, setting up Denver to regain No. 6. Miami has the edge over Pittsburgh with a head-to-head win earlier. Pittsburgh's best ticket remains the AFC North title over Baltimore.
Who's still alive — Chargers (5-7), Bengals (4-7-1). Of these teams, only Indianapolis is alive and well because it can get right back into AFC South contention by beating the Jets.
Who's out — Jets (3-9), Jaguars (2-10), Browns (0-12). Jacksonville joined Cleveland in already playing for next year after losing to Denver.

NFC
No. 1 seed — Cowboys (11-1): First place, East. Dallas knows it will be in the playoffs after beating Minnesota on Thursday and seeing Washington lose on Sunday. This seed is still looking good, and the Cowboys' hold in the division got better with the Giants also falling in Pittsburgh. They will clinch the division with a win over the Giants next week.
No. 2 seed — Seahawks (8-3-1): First place, West. They beat Carolina on Sunday night to keep this bye position over surging Detroit by only a half-game. They are only a win and an Arizona loss away from taking back the division title.
No. 3 seed — Lions (8-4): First place, North. Detroit was unfazed as underdogs in New Orleans and (for a change) had things in control before the fourth quarter. Up two games on two teams with four left should make the Lions feel more comfortable about taking the division.
No. 4 seed — Falcons (7-5): First place, South. Atlanta's tough loss to Kansas City locked it into a first-place tie with Tampa Bay, with only a slim division-record tiebreaker in its favor. Atlanta is still the favorite to win the division with a more favorable closing schedule.
No. 5 seed — Giants (8-4): Wild card. They got whipped in Pittsburgh to cool off in a big way. It makes next week's Dallas matchup more about strengthening the wild-card position than trying to keep now slimmer division title hopes alive.
No. 6 seed — Buccaneers (7-5): Wild card. Tampa Bay's big cross-country victory in San Diego got it this position, even though it still falls a little short in the division. The Bucs have two tough road games left, at New Orleans and at Dallas.
Who's right behind — Redskins (6-5-1), Vikings (6-6), Packers (6-6). Washington's loss at Arizona was costly, as it fell behind Tampa Bay. Washington's home wins over Minnesota and Green Bay are huge now. Minnesota and Green Bay are closer in the wild card, but their best bets still lie in trying to take the North.

Who's still alive — Cardinals (5-6-1), Saints (5-7), Eagles (5-7), Panthers (4-8), Rams (4-8), Bears (3-9). All these teams are pretty much dead, but the math says the wild cards are still within reach.

Who's out — 49ers (1-11). Their loss at Chicago all but guaranteed the conference basement.
