Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce reportedly makes catch worth $750,000 image

Travis Kelce made a catch he is sure to remember Thursday.

The 29-year-old Chiefs tight end hauled in a 15-yard pass from quarterback Patrick Mahomes early in the fourth quarter against the Chargers. The catch put Kelce over 1,200 yards receiving for the season, which earned him a $375,000 bonus.

Kelce’s incentive, however, doubled because the team has already clinched a playoff spot. So, the one reception ended up being worth $750,000, according to ESPN.

Kelce finished the Chiefs' 29-28 loss to the Chargers with seven catches for 61 yards. He has tallied 10 touchdowns in 2018.

The veteran has spent his entire career with Kansas City. He has made three Pro Bowls in his six NFL seasons.
