JuJu Smith-Schuster wants disgruntled wide receiver Antonio Brown to remain with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Brown has reportedly been unhappy with the Steelers and president Art Rooney II said last week it was 'hard to envision' him being with the team next season.
The Denver Broncos and San Francisco 49ers have both been linked to Brown, who is a seven-time NFL Pro Bowler.
"No, I don't want AB traded," Smith-Schuster said in a Q&A video posted on Youtube. "He makes me better. He makes the team better. He’s awesome. He’s a great dude.
"For myself, I learn a lot from him — just playing with him. If I want to increase my game to be the best, I've got to compete against him. So, I do not want him traded."
Brown has spent his entire nine-year career with the Steelers. He tallied 1,297 receiving yards and 15 scores in 2018.
Smith-Schuster caught 111 passes for 1,426 yards and seven scores in his second NFL season. He was originally drafted by the Steelers out of USC in the second round of the 2017 draft.
The Steelers finished last season with a 9-6-1 record and missed the playoffs for the first time since 2013.
