The Packers have begun their coaching search.

Jim Caldwell and Chuck Pagano have already interviewed for the vacancy in Green Bay, according to reports from NBC Sports and the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, which cite unidentified league sources.

Caldwell registered a 62-50 record during his seven total seasons with Indianapolis and Detroit. He reached the playoffs four times and advanced to the Super Bowl with the Colts in 2009, where they fell to the Saints.

Caldwell, who was fired by Detroit in January 2018, is reportedly hoping to return to the NFL next season.

Pagano replaced Caldwell and served as the Colts head coach from 2012-17. He tallied a 53-43 record and made three playoff appearances during his six years in Indianapolis.

Green Bay fired Mike McCarthy earlier this month after 12-plus seasons with the franchise. Joe Philbin will finish 2018 as the team’s interim coach.

The Packers will conclude the regular season against the Lions on Sunday. They’ll enter that game with a 6-8-1 record.
