Flowers was released by the Giants earlier this week and cleared waivers Wednesday. He started New York’s first two games of the year but was benched before the Giants faced the Texans in Week 3.
The Giants originally selected Flowers out of Miami with the ninth pick in the 2015 draft, but the tackle struggled throughout his time with the team.
Flowers appeared in 51 games over his four seasons in New York.
