Did the Patriots use under-inflated balls before Sunday's AFC Championship Game against the Colts?

Unnamed members of the Ravens believe moderately under-inflated kicking balls were used during their AFC divisional round game against the Patriots, league sources told CBSSports.com.

The Ravens' kicking and punting units weren't achieving normal depth and distance, and some players think deflated balls are to blame, according to the report.

On Tuesday, league sources told ESPN.com that the Patriots had 11 of their 12 footballs under-inflated by two pounds of air (PSI) against the Colts on Sunday. The league will continue its investigation this week. According to league rules, the Patriots could be subject to fines and other disciplinary actions.

In their playoff game at Foxborough, the Ravens blew two 14-point leads twice and fell to the Patriots, 35-31.
