Imagine getting a 75 percent tip … on a $200 dining check. Most servers would require a paramedic.

As if the thrill of meeting Joe Flacco weren't enough.

Reports were flying Saturday that Flacco, the Baltimore Ravens' quarterback, made a waiter's night by signing his check with a whopping bonus for good service. (At 75 percent, either Flacco was extravagantly generous or received ungodly good service. We pick "all of the above.")

Not only did Flacco go all out in his largess, he did it in Pittsburgh, where the Ravens prepared to play the Steelers in Saturday's AFC wild-card game. Kickoff is 8:15 p.m. ET at Heinz Field.

The blog site Baltimore Beatdown provided an image of the receipt. Signed by one Joseph Flacco (not James), it shows a bill for $208 (we're guessing it wasn't for burgers and fries … ) and the astonishing tip of $150 (we're guessing Flacco was quite sober … ).

Well done, sir.
